Who we are

Image Studio is operated by FairShare IT Services Pvt Ltd, Kothrud, Pune. It lets you upload base images, create new images from them by transforming and layering, and deliver the results through a secure API.

Information we collect

Image Studio is sign-in only, so most information comes from the accounts and content inside it.

• Account details. Your name, email address and role, and a password that is stored only in hashed form. We also keep the API key generated for your account, whether the account is blocked, and the details needed for password resets (a reset token and when it was sent).
• Content you add. The folders and templates you create, and the images or videos you upload, including file details such as name, type and size.
• API request records. When your API key is used to request an image, we record the IP address, the requested URL, the result and the name of the generated file.
• IP whitelist entries. IP addresses an administrator adds to the whitelist, with a label and the name of the person who added or locked each entry.
• Server logs. Standard request logs, which include IP addresses and the addresses requested.

How we use it

• Create and manage accounts, and let you sign in.
• Generate and deliver the images you request.
• Protect the service, including checking API keys, managing the IP whitelist and blocking accounts.
• Send password reset emails.
• Keep Image Studio running, and investigate problems using logs.

Generated images

Images created from your requests are stored on our servers. When the same request is made again, Image Studio may return the stored copy instead of generating it again.

Your API key is part of your image URLs. Treat the URLs like a password: anyone who has one can request that image.

Cookies

Image Studio uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Image Studio itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and its pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts.

Third-party services

To display this website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page loads an embedded Google Map. Those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when they serve those files, under their own privacy policies.

Password reset emails are sent through our email (SMTP) provider. The footer also links to WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, which have their own policies.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, every request for an image needs a valid API key, and administrators can manage users, API keys and a list of trusted IP addresses. No system is completely secure, so keep your password and API key private.
